Our mission is to lead people to love God, love others, and make disciples. That is what we are all about in a nut shell. This mission statement derives directly from the words of Jesus in Matthew 22 where Jesus answered a question about what the greatest commandment was, and he responded: "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself." The last part comes from the commandment of Jesus right before he ascended back into heaven. He told His disciples to "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
