No event will be placed on the calendar until the church staff has approved it. No event that is not a church event will be scheduled for Wednesday. Events with over 100 in attendance cannot be scheduled Monday. Once approved, the Pastor's Secretary will call and inform the party that the event was placed on the calendar. If the event is not approved, one of the church's secretaries will call to inform the party as to the reason, to try to work out any scheduling conflicts. Fees for the event will be discussed when the Pastor's Secretary calls to finalize the event. (Charge for bridal/baby shower is based on 4 hours and is $60.00). There will be a $11.75 per cloth fee for use of tablecloths for non-church functions. All paper products are the responsibility of all non-church functions. If plastic cloths are not available, the church may supply 2 ply paper/plastic clothes at no charge.
A sound engineer will be required for any event in the Family Ministry Center of Sanctuary. There is a 2 hour minimum at $75 per hour.
